renew H-1B,需要交 $500 "打假費"嗎?

H-1B 6 年期馬上要到,基於APPROVED I-140,我可以RENEW 3 年, 請問這次RENEW 需要交 $500 "打假費"嗎?(一直在同一個單位, INITIAL 和第1次RENEW H-1B 都沒有交這個"打假費".)謝謝.
