Use 8 U.S.R. 1447(b) NOT WOM for your case!

AUSA responds very differently to 1447(b) cases from WOM cases especially in 9th Circuit regions, regardless Pro Se or not. Most cases they try to resolve 1447(b) cases because the law clearly requires them to adjudicate N-400 within 120 days of initial exam. In some cases AUSA argues 'initial exam' does not mean the interview but much more cases favored plaintiffs than AUSA's for that arguments so you have a easy job to fight the MTD, much easier than WOM cases.

For MTD your only choice is to fight to the end unless your NC is cleared. But in that case AUSA normally files extension or answer, not MTD.

You should list the original region's CIS director as your defendant, besides FBI (Muller), DHS (Chertoff), CIS (E. Gonzales), and AG (A. Gonzalez).
