求助, 有關name check!

今天LD去了infopass, 得到的結果是:

1. LD的on the review, 移民官回答說是還沒有clear.

2. 我的on the review, no record, LD問是不是clear了, 移民官回答說就是這個意思.

請問on the review, no record是不是就是clear了? 有沒有人是有過相同的情況呀?
如果clear了, 要多久才能收到綠卡?
