Xiaobaitu, Could you help me?

Dear Xiaobaitu,

I used AP (my hu*****and ted Green Card application) back to China when I was a F-1 student. Last year, my lawyer suggested me to apply OPT when I graduated and my OPT was approved. Currently, I am working at a company using my OPT. I also applied EAD based on pending I-485 but never use it.

Last month, my hu*****and' I-140 was denied. My lawyer told me that I should be still in OPT (will be expired at the end of July) status but some people told me that I am not.

Do you think I am still in OPT status? Thank you very much for your help!
