You need to pay $1000 but only the company can file the form I-907 for you. You can file I-485 by yourself and in this case you need to pay all fees. But why didn't you file I-485 concurrently by yourself? If you want to keep I-485 status, you have to stay in the company after I-485 pending 180 days.
