485 的Fingerprint Notification上的Priority Date

485 的Fingerprint Notification上的Priority Date 是May 14, 2004.我們485的Received Date 也是May 14, 2004, 可我們的LC提交的時間在DEC, 2002,這是不是說明INS把我們的PD時間弄錯了??請好心人幫忙指點,謝謝 .......
