Urgent! Need help!

Dear all,

I went back China 10 days ago because my father is heavily sick. I was planning to go back US with AP. I ted 140 and 485 together last December. However, somehow, Nebraska center speeds up their 140 processing. And I got RFE a couple of days ago.

Does someone know if I still can use AP to reenter US? Really appreciate!

Please help!!!
