your are working on h1b job now and the current pay is the pay for h1b job. your gc job is a different job that you will fill when you get the gc.

by filing perm for you your gc sponsor pledged to pay your at least 82.5k once you get gc.

no problem now. but if the sponsor doesn't pay you at least the prevailing wage at that time, it is a violation
