h-1b 換雇主+延期 的填表問題，（問題有點多，多謝各位了）

本人的h-1b簽證是從2005年5月31日到2008年的5月31日。 現在找到另一份工作，新的雇主希望我於2007年7月16日開工，合同至少兩年。 我的問題是：

1. 在LCA上， 是寫 從2007年7月16日到2008年5月31日， 還是到2009年的7月16日？

2.在I-129上，basis classification 是填 change employer, 那麽 give the petition receipt number. 是指第一個雇主I-797的receipt number.嗎？

3、在I-129上，Requested Action. (Check one)，我是該選
3>Extend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status.
還是
4>Amend the stay of the person(s) since they now hold this status.

4.I-539可以和I-129一起遞交嗎?
