My qualification for advance parole:
I have ted I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
I am currently legally working in the USA on H1B visa.

The circumstance that warrants issuance of advance parole:
In a telephone conversation with my father on June 2, I learned that my 91-year-old grand mother has recently started to suffer from poor health. I would like to visit her and my father briefly in Beijing, China.
