could you choose the judge ?

Certainly the judge matter. So far there are many ruling regarding WOM, with different result, certainly some are luck to have nice Judge. I don't think you can choose where to file, you should file to where you resident, right ? in MA, there are more than 10 judges, you will be randomly assign to one of them.
