回複：旅行證上的拚音是中文名字的拚音還是護照上美國名字?

For my case, I put her Chinese name as middle name in her birth certificate. In 旅行證, we only use her Chinese name and Pinyin in first page. However, the last page (maybe supplement) has her American full name.
