查了舊貼仍不確信TB positive對綠卡申請的影響, 請求幫助

我剛測出TB positive，醫生建議吃抗生素。但chest X-ray clear. 許多老貼提到中國人小時打了抗肺結核疫苗因此TB positive。 這是不是說明可以直接提交體檢結果，移民局根本不追究是否吃抗生素了？或者體檢表上醫生是否要怎樣特別注明一下才不會導致將來被RFE要吃過九個月的抗生素的醫生證明？謝謝各位。
