if what you are concerned is in case WOM fails, you have to rely back on your company lawyer, I believe you can simply sign another G-28N form at that time -- there is no law preventing you from changing lawyers neither how many times of changing. If WOM succeeds you'd be fine anyways. Finally make sure your lawyers agree on this. Also you can always request paperworks/copies transferred to your new lawyer when needed but for WOM you don't need much of your old file.
