求助：Ｇ－３２５Ａ表格要不要中文簽名？謝謝

Ｇ－３２５Ａ表格在中有這麽一欄，“ all copies of this form：
if your native alphabet is in order than Roman letters, write your name in your native alphabet below:"

我的理解是這裏要寫上我的名字，不知對不對？
