I am still confused: Please help

Thank you for replying. I am filling out the form but it seems I-134 is only for people not currently residing in the US and for someone other than your own wife and children. Two specific questions:

1. Item 3 is for people you promise to support, item 8 is for own family, right?
2. How do you check item 11 (intent or do not intent)?
