Thank you for your comments. I just can not wait too longer since I have been here as a temporay position for two years and now a tenure track from the summer. The officer is very rude to me, no patience and broken promise. He said he will help me for PERM later in the summer.Your suggstion for grant application is an excuss for me to talk to provost. Actually, I have collected many documents including the recommendations.
