回複：485 CHECKLIST (敬請小白兔等檢查,無誤後請加精!)

I know nothing (almost) about the process even the law firm is woking on my case. T thought I485 should be same as other steps that should be taken care of by the Lawyers. Am I right? My major questions are:

1). I left China many years ago and don't have anything like birth certificate. Where I can get it? Back to China? and which org issue the certificate?

2). Crime Record, some peole say is not needed, is it true? in case it is needed, from where we can get it, USA/China or both or all contries you have lived?
