FBI name card?

A name card of a FBI special agent was dropped off inside the door of my home today. The person wrote a phone number on the card back and asked me call him. I checked the local FBI officer list online, and did not see the person's name amoung the list. Have anybody had such experience? Should I call the person as requested?
