I think you are fine.

Unless USCIS challenges your "One Month Black Period" (I dount the officer who review your case would notice that gap), you do not have to worry about that.

Even if they do notice that, I remember XBT said before that short-term working without authorization is OK. I could not remember the exact limit for the duration, but it is definitely for a few months. Your "One Month" should not be a problem.
