Do not support any bill for illegal immigrants reforms

We should not support any proposal or bill for illegal immigrants reforms at all.

It will definitely have negative impact to most of our Chinese EBs (EB1,EB2,EB3.

Even staying with the current situation will be better for all EBs than any bill discussed recently.
