請教radiology,各位大俠:
我的情況有點複雜。 我剛剛用AP 回了一趟國（Marriage based GC is pending）。我在一月初申請了H1b tranfer,case status 到現在還是pending。 我的H1b 幾個月後要三年到期了，我能申請H1b extension嗎？我現在身份是H1b transfer status 還是AOS? 謝謝!
