help: 如果需要PD carry over, 能否concurrent filing

哪位熱心的大俠幫幫忙, 我的情況是原來的eb3 140 approved, 485 pending, 現在想從新file eb3 140, 要求carry over 原來的eb3 priority date. 那我能不能concurrent filing 485? 大家也知道移民費馬上就要漲了,看看能不能在漲前遞上去.
