TB skin test IS now required

I did the exam 2 yrs back, my doctor waived the TB skin test and show the negative X-Ray result. This May, I got a RFE specificly ask for TB skin test, for most chinese, it will be positive, due to some vacine we got. So you still have to do X-Ray again. Medically the RFE doesn't make any sense, but why argue. Just do it!
