Dear TX_Kitty ,

Could you please answer my questions?
1. my H1 will expire in October (this the 5th year of 6 years), and i presume my I-140 could be approved before October.
Am i eligible for renewing my H1 for another 3 years?

2. concerning for the new rate after July 30, 2007,

Can i i-485 with I-131 but not applying I-765 ? how much?

3. how much for my 12-year-old kid in applying her I-485 with I-131?
