Actually, I recieved FBI letter that my NC was finalized on may 1, 2007. The purpose of the infopass is to verify if CIS system had an update information about my backgroud check. THe official told me that my case was handled by TSC and had nothing to do with Houston office. He didn't have any more information other than pending. I was very disiappointed about my second visit.
