I-485-authorized employment question.

去年我F1, 忘了及時Renew I-20, (I-20 2006, 9月過期), 直到2006年11月, 學校通知我Out of status. 但是學校已經Pay我10月和11 月的RA 的工資. 後來在加拿大簽H4又入境. 現在可以和先生一起FILE 485.

請教: 10月和11 月是否是 ’were employed in the United States, without USCIS authorization;’ 如果是這樣, 我就不能File I-485 了. 應該怎麽辦? 多謝!
