Do you have an employment letter from your prospective employer with salary specified on the letter? if you do, you do not need 864. In EB I485, 864 is needed only if your family owns 5% or more interest in the sponsoring employer. But if do not have an employment letter, probably you still need 864 since you don't have a way to show you have the means to support your family.
