Second FP notice

We received second FP notice about ten days ago,but the appointment was already past,so we had to reschedule,then we sent a letter to the service center,but there is no response yet.Shuld we just go there with the copy of the notice which is USCIS sent to us?Any suggeustion will be walcom.
