再請教小白兔: 重新申請AP問題

感謝的回答. 上貼中忘了說明: AP是由LP在國內寄出去的, 即申請時她人在國內.但這是由她本人申請, 而不是我幫她申請.
請問這種情況答案有變化嗎?

LP在國內, 她的AP馬上要過期(7月份), 需要Renew. 她六月底回來,約一個月後又要回國.
看了一下I131, 她的情況好象很複雜. 請大家指教:
1) Part2:
d: I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the United States after temporary foreign travel.
e: I am outside the United States and I am applying for an advance parole document.
她應該選哪個?
2) Part7:
2. If the person intended to receive an advance parole document is outside the United States, provide the location (city and country) of the American embassy or consulate or the DHS overseas office that you want us to notify.
這是什麽意思? 難道申請AP還要到大使館去一趟?
3) 照片問題: 上麵說 "If you are applying for an advance parole document and you are outside the United States, do not the photographs with your application. Prior to issuing the parole document, the U.S. embassy or consulate or DHS office abroad will provide you with information regarding the photograph requirements.", 這豈不是說大使館這一趟省不掉了? 她到底要不要交照片呀?
4) 最後, AP會寄到我在美國的地址, 為什麽要通知大使館, 還有要不要去大使館?
