and you don't have AP with you,then what is your status? H4 status is lost...

AP must be approved before you go back to China. otherwise 移民局發現你在AP批準前離境 可以因此拒絕AP.

there is a post last week, the girl got her GC,while her hu*****and was in china without AP, could not apply for H4 either...
