請教各位高人，H1b 延期申請期間能用AP回國嗎？

485 pending， AP 有效期到2007年11月，I－94 和H1b 2007年7月到期。在h1b 延期還沒有批準期間，用AP出境和入境可以嗎？在此情況下，出入境時會顯示I94日期 out of status 嗎？
