If it passed three years, you probably need re-do TB test. Why you argue with it? Just do it again as USCIS requests. Anything else will delay your approval. The point is what you want to save: money or time? If you pass 90 days of REF, your case will be denied.
Just do it, anyone else's experience will not help your case.
