請教，要求補充材料

我申請的是outstanding professor and researcher,現在要求補充材料。有兩個部分
（1）要求學校的部分：需要學校證明這是個tenure-track job 和the ability to pay.
以前給資料的時候都提供了啊，還需要什麽呢？
（2）要求我的部分：
(a) 要求教學或者研究有三年的經驗。我剛phd畢業一年，應該博士的研究經驗也算吧？ 如果不是，該怎麽搞呢？
（b）需要證明是internationally recognized.我已經找了兩位海外教授，還找幾位合適呢？
(c) 證明是個tenure-track position.

請教大家，我該從怎麽樣的角度提供evidance呢？感覺該給的都給了阿?比較鬱悶。
