why ISO拒絕給我延期? why do they say you're out-of-status. Did you have violations such as failing to keep full-time status,...? If you have no violation and I-20 not expired, it's easy for them to extend your I-20 and they should have no reason not to. But if you have even one violation, ISO by law cannot extend your I-20, and some types of violations (for example, unauthorized work)will also bar you from filing reinstatement.
