I didn't renew my O-1.

I use EAD to work (pending for I485). Sorry, can't help more.

Read your post one more time and found out that you were talking about renewing visa. I didn't travel after I got my first O-1. If you want to revalidate your O-1 visa inside U.S., just follow the website of DOS.
