long Journey for I485 approval

Dear all,

Here are the details for our I485.

0) I140 and I485 (NIW based) was ted on 01/01/2004
1) I140 was approved in April 2005 without RFE.
2) the name check was sent out on 04/01/2004 to the FBI knowing from my senator
3) Four times of finger prints including code 1 and code 3 (sorry, I can not remember the exact time)
4) RFE for I485 for both my wife and myself was received in Sep 2006. They are asking my OPT and F2 status for my wife. They also ask for my H1B status
5) The senator send out an inquiry in Nov. 2006 about my name check status.
6) Waiting...
7) received the approval email 05/22/07.
