Questions for Xiaobaitu & other experts (NIW/Eb1b)

The university will take some time to file Eb1b for me. I have no time to waste so I want to file the NIW that has been already prepared first myself.

My questions: 1) Will the NIW petition negatively affect the EB1b later?
2) Can I use a copy of the recommendation letters for NIW, the orignals for Eb1b? The letters stressed both the national intersets and the achievements of my researchs (one guy in this forum suggested, he told me to use these for both NIW and Eb1a)
