485補件通知,暗示NC過了嗎?

我的背景:
NIW: 140 2005年5月遞,10月批準;485 2005年8月遞,PENDING.
前幾天收到補件通知:

1.Please a clear photocopy of a current photo identity document showing your picture, name and date of birth. The photocopy must clearly show your facial features and biographical information. Color photocopies slightly enlarged from the original provide the best resolution.
2. Please documentary evidence which establishes that you continue to be engaged in the occupation that it the basis of your national interest waiver.
3. do a truberculin skin test(My original medical examination omitted this test, just did a chest x-ray).

我的問題是:
1.第一個要求的最後一句話是不是說要彩色的?什麽是PHOTOCOPY?普通黑白複印不行嗎?掃描然後打印的行嗎?同時交DRIVER LICENSE(USA)和PASSPORT(CHINA)是不是更好?
2.這個補件暗示NAME CHECK已經過了嗎?
