The transfer is just sent out. Is there any benefit for B to withdraw or not to withdraw the transfer? What does employers usually do in this case?

If I don't know take the new job, is my current H-1B still valid? Some people say, after H-1B transfer is approved, the beneficiary can still stay with the first employer, because the transfer petition is not relied on? I'm really confused...

I want to stay with the current one, because I can file my I-485 in June. Please give a little more help.
