Help!!! I-140 RFE on LC Substitution

My company applied I-140 (EB3) for me in PP with LC substitution. We got a RFE from TSC. Here's the detail:
"Please provide an unapproved completed Labor Certification for XXX showing experience and education"

I'm not clear what does it mean. My company has ted the original approved Labor Certification (ETA-750 for YYY) with my education and experience evidence. Does CIS needs one ETA-750 form for me as well?

Any advise and help is greatly appreciated!
