參議員回信： FBI Name check 算是Clear 嗎？- 看不懂英語

參議員回信是這麽說的：

The applicant's fingerprints last cleared the FBI on 2/27/2007 and the results are valid for 15 months. The FBI Name check results are back and ok.

第一句話說得好像是fingerprint，可是fingerprint應該是USCIS做的，為什麽說“last cleared the FBI on 2/27/2007”，第二句話又好像是說FBI Name check清了。到底這個FBI Name check是清了還是沒清？

請前輩幫忙澄清一下。
