白兔, 射線: 這個指摸還需要再打嗎?

最近搬家, USCIS 的 BIOMETRIC NOTICE 沒有收到. US POST SERVICE RETURNED IT TO USCIS. 我的律師在本月初把他收到的NOTICE 給我去打完了手印. USCIS 現在又把這個退還NOTICE再寄來, 我還用不用再打這個手印哪? 上次的手印難道USCIS沒有收到?
