H1 finding part-time job

誠心請教小白兔和各位高人，H1 company applying GC now, want to find parttime job at Macy store（need to pay tax), 請問本人現在這種情況是否允許為第二家雇主工作？即使是兼職？多寫賜教！在線等。。。
