請問xiaobaitu: 485 and travel document

要file 485了, 我是multiple entry H1 有三年,所以她說沒必要申請Travel document,請問這樣對我可能有啥不利?

律師和我說現在她看到的平均485處理時間為6個月, 所以即使過了6個月我要換工作,那時可能GC已經搞定,所以也必要擔心travel document. 我問那麽NAME CHECK 不是很慢,她說是個別情況. 我真的不敢相信,問了她好幾遍.我覺得她在胡說八道
