I am going to apply #2 H1B visa at Toronto, Canada. my current H1B status valid through 2/18/2008 and my passport valid through 7/25/2008. according to the requirement to apply H1B visa, my passport should be good through the date 6 month behinf of the H1B, which should be 8/18/2008. so the valid date on my passport is 20 days shorter than they asked for. Am I going to be refused for applying H1B visa because of this ? any thoughts?
Thanks,
May I ask XiaoBaiTu....
