140遞上去6個月了，連一個收據都沒有，正常嗎？

辦這破綠卡真是不順心，先是原來律師把我的勞工卡原件弄丟了，後來再換了一個律師辦140，但現在140去年11月遞上去的，現在連一個收據都沒收到，問了律師好幾次，都說幫我在問問，但一點消息都沒有，請問小白兔或其它過來人，這種情況正常嗎？我知到沒有勞工卡原件，移民局要到勞工部去要duplicate一份要費些時間，但問題是遞上去的文件總得要有一個收據吧，現在真是對律師失去信心了。多謝指點_:o
