anyone with experiences in premium processing?

Get tired of the 140 in NSC. Thinking about premium processing. Anyone has experiences with it to share? Here is my case:

university faculty, 7 papers (7 1st author), several intl conferences, 1 patent in CS, once reviewed papers for two journals and one IEEE conference, IEEE and ACM member, 31 citations and 1 national journalist report, member of editorial board of two journals.
