should I use LC sub?

My current EB2 I-140 was filed on 1/25/06, and approved on 4/6/06.

Months ago, the company offered me a chance to take advantage of LC sub, and today my layer informed me there is a match with a priority date of 7/2001. However as the cut-off date is approaching my original priority, I am really wondering which way I should go. The problem I have is that I have to make a decision before 5/23 so theres no chance to wait for next month's VB.

Any suggestions?
