About FBI response letter and WOM

Yesterday I post the letter of FBI responding the name check. Today I got the letter from one of the senators, she told me the same information as FBI letter did. My name check is almost three years. I now want to file WOM. Any information and any guys in CA try the same way? I wanna go with you, but no idea now.
